In part one and two of our Back-2-Basics series, we covered planning and reflecting on your plans. We also went through some of the tips that’ll help you to more easily follow through on them.

Today, we’re talking all about how tiny changes in your lifestyle can lead to a momentous impact. When we start a new habit, and make an action plan to follow it, we often expect immediate results.

Life doesn’t work that way. Good things require effort, and patience. And that is a mindset I want you to adopt, that will make it easier for you to follow through on your goals.

It’s what will impact on how you plan your meals, and the level of enjoyment you get out of them. It’s what will prevent you from giving up, knowing that If you stick to your plan for a long enough time, you’ll reap the rewards.

And the rewards are feeling more comfortable in your skin, being more mindful of what you eat, enjoying your meals, and showing up at your best with your family and friends.

So tune in to the third part of the series, where you’ll learn:

  • When to change what you eat, and how to become confident in planning and following through on your weight loss plans.

  • “Leveling-up” and knowing how to shift to another level of planning and goal setting.

  • The importance of staying realistic and honest about the challenges we're able to take on.

  • How tiny changes lead to a huge impact in your lifestyle.

  • Steps that will make it easy for you to follow through on your plans and goals.

If you make drastic changes to your plan too early, it will backfire. Stay mindful, reflect on your plan every 24 hours, and be confident that you’ll make the right moves when it comes to deciding whether to tweak it or not.
