If you’ve listened to some of my episodes, you’ll know what I think about dieting. There’s no possible excuse for losing weight while feeling like shit.

Life is more than the weight you have on your body. You’re more than that. And it pisses me off when I see how many women agonize over this, and judge their worth by what they see on the scale.

I know that it’s possible to feel happy and enjoy life, while losing those extra pounds. And while eating your favorite foods. I know this because I’ve been through the journey.

You have the power to make the right choices about what you eat. But, you need to do this out of a place of love, and compassion.

Choosing the right things means that you are choosing what makes you happy in the long run. It sometimes may mean ditching fries and eating a salad instead. Fries may make you feel good at the moment, but you’ll feel bad after you finish them in seconds.

There’s more to life than simple, ephemeral pleasures like this. Why not choose to lead a fulfilling life, in which you want the best for you. Meaning, living life where you show up at your best, you feel happy.

This will not only benefit you, it will also rub off on your relationships with your loved ones.

There’s one key thing that will help you to go on this path, and I talk all about it in today's episode. You’ll learn:

  • How to distinguish between false pleasure and real pleasure.

  • How to make the choices that make you feel better, and look better.

  • Why loving yourself can lead you to healthier eating choices.

  • Ways in which you can increase the real pleasures, and decrease the false ones.

You can feel better without even thinking about dieting. Listen to the show, and start implementing the things I discuss, starting from TODAY.
