Meet Lia Pinelli

I’ve been right where you are.

I'd been an overeater and yo-yo dieter my whole life. No matter how many books I read, diets I tried, or mindful eating methods I subscribed to, I couldn’t resolve my struggle with food and weight. Trust me, I tried it all. I ate smaller portions, eliminated carbs, and reduced my fat intake, but I always ended up feeling deprived and hungry. I thought the problem was me.

It wasn’t until 2016 that I learned about the power of coaching to stop overeating using our brains. The idea is that we can change our relationship with food from a psychological, neurological, and hormonal perspective. I was completely skeptical. I figured if this coaching actually worked, I would have done it by now. But... I was curious, so I decided to give it one last go.

And I was mind-blown.

Not only did I l stop overeating without using willpower or resistance, but I no longer experienced the over-hunger and cravings that had plagued me since childhood. This coaching provided the missing link! It not only helped me figure out what to eat, but it also completely changed my relationship with food and weight.

I learned to THINK differently which led me to eat differently and in a simple, sustainable way. That was 30 pounds and years ago.

Finding food freedom opened the doors for a total life makeover. I quit my soul-sucking job to start my own business and create the life I crave, unapologetically.

Today, I live happily in sunny California with my husband, son, and rescue dog Taco. I maintain my natural weight without counting calories or carbs and run a 6-figure business with the support of an amazing women in the TLYC community. I'm on a mission to free up the mental real estate of dieting-women everywhere so we can focus on what really matters: career, community, and female world domination. #KiddingNotKidding

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME:

NO SHAME. Nothing fires me up faster than thinking about all of the shame women get about their bodies and food choices. That is one thing I can promise you will not find here. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you, your body, or the decisions you’ve made up to this point. You are just ready to do things a little differently now and I’m here to help. 

BRUTAL HONESTY. I’m not going to lie to you, getting out of the cycle of overeating and dieting takes hard work. There is no magic bullet, no one-size-fits-all. I want you to get the results you’re after as quickly and sustainably as possible and for that to happen you need to have a coach who cuts to the chase, with love. 

COMMITMENT. When you sign on with me you are getting a tough-love coach, wildly enthusiastic cheerleader, and super loyal confidant all rolled into one. I won’t give up on you, even when you try to give up on yourself. I got your back the whole way, sister. In my world, you are either winning or learning, there is no failure.

 

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU:

COMMITMENT. My clients get results when they go ALL IN on themselves. They decide to make this the last time they ever invest in conquering overeating for the rest of their lives. They show up ready to learn, grow, be pushed, laugh, cry, and blow their own minds. 

BRAVERY. You may be skeptical that this could work for you, and I get that. I was skeptical too. You may feel afraid that this won’t work, again, and you’re tired of getting your hopes up only to have them dashed when the eating behaviors and weight returns. I get that, too. But if you are willing to be brave, just one more time, this could be the answer you’ve been looking for. Brave doesn’t mean fearless, it means feeling fear and doing it anyway. You can do brave things. 

OPENNESS. Working together you are going to learn things you’ve NEVER learned before about yourself, your brain, why you overeat, and how to stop. If you come to this work ready, available, and open to these changes you will see the results you’re after quickly and nothing will ever be the same.
