Let’s be honest, almost everyone gains weight during the holidays. It’s the time when we enjoy eating a variety of foods that bring a smile to our face.

The problem comes after the binge eating ends. We hop on the scale, and see that we’ve gained a few pounds. Then we feel bad, and fear that the damage is irreversible.

It’s why I want you to listen to today’s episode, in which I go over four things that will help you eat without fear, holidays or not. You’ll learn:

  • How water affects our food cravings, and how much you need to drink.

  • The life changing properties of sleep.

  • The magical benefits of what I call “BILM” exercise.

If you don’t take care of your sleep, don’t drink enough liquids, and don’t incorporate movement during your day, chances are you will feel shitty.

And when you feel like crap, you will more easily succumb to those cravings. And after enough days like this, you’ll see the weight slowly, but steadily increase.
