If you’ve listened to some of my episodes, you know how I feel about dieting. Losing weight can be a horrendous experience when you learn to hate food.
You feel bad after each meal regardless of whether it’s healthy or not. The thought of getting another bite makes you feel like a failure.
This mindset is one that has sabotaged many weight loss journeys. Sure, you may like what you see on the scale on some days.
But, is that worth feeling like shit? I’m certain it’s not, and you will be too, after you try dieting while loving yourself, and being kind to yourself and your imperfections. Sometimes you’ll screw up, and eat a little more.
But how you dust yourself up after that is what will transform you into a badass weight loss warrior, or someone who constantly succumbs to cravings and indulgences.
And this often comes after a decision. A decision to stop hating yourself, a decision to love yourself, and enjoy food. And it’s what I talk about in today’s episode, in which I go over:
Why I made a decision a long time ago to stop dieting and never looked back.
The tools I learned that helped me to develop a healthier relationship with food.
Why coming from a place of love is the healthiest way to transform your body.
How one decision can change your approach towards dieting and can propel you towards achieving your goals.
Remember, losing weight can be fun, and easy.
