If you know me, you know that I’m a coffee fiend. It’s what gets me out of bed in the morning. I love the smell, I love the taste. You probably have cravings of your own.

We’re surrounded by temptations, so it’s easy to build an unhealthy relationship with some of the foods and drinks we enjoy.

But, I recently had to quit caffeine, exactly because of this.

Your body and mind sometimes send you signals: we’ve had enough! After your fourth cup of coffee, after that fifth cookie, the treats do not feel good anymore. You’re just slaving away to your cravings.

And as you eat or drink more, you need more. After a while, you feel shitty if you don’t have those treats that aren’t healthy for you in the long-run. They might feel good in your mouth at the moment, but over the years they can do real damage.

In today’s episode, I share seven ideas that will help you curb your unhealthy cravings. You’ll hear me talk about:
