Vacations are wonderful. When you go on a vacation, it’s one of the highlights of the year. Laying around on sand beaches, sipping on some refreshing drinks, what could be better?

On the other hand, coming back to work after a vacation is something that you loathe. Going back to the grind, although your brain is still in airplane mode.

On top of that, you’re gonna be tempted to eat bad again. Your colleagues will offer you donuts, cake, pizza, and other delicious treats. So not only you’ll have that negative feeling from returning to work from vacation, but you’ll also face temptations to fall into the slippery slope of unhealthy eating.

What if I tell you that you can go back to work brimming with energy? Ready to take on the challenges work offers you as soon as you step into your office.
