Life is a balance of energy. You give energy, and you receive energy. As in most areas of life, the extremes won’t do you any good. Our energy affects everything and everyone we’re in touch with. So it’s always better if we learn to harness positive energy in our lives.

We perform better when we feel good. It’s best to sustain our energy levels in which we feel better, we have more to give, to our community, and to our family.

But, the society we live in is a society of burnout. Of energy disbalance. What is called “the grind” by some motivational speakers is what can make you feel miserable, even though it might bring you financial success.

It is possible to achieve, and to feel good. To have more energy, and not feel depleted at the end of the day. To work hard, and to feel happy when you come home. When your energy level drops, your mood drops as well.

And you don’t show up for your family, for yourself.

If you find yourself nearing burnout, this episode is for you. You’ll learn:

  • What is burnout and how we address it in the wrong way as a society.

  • How burnout leads to resentment in all areas of our lives.

  • Four steps to harness positive energy in your daily life.

  • How to determine when your energy drops, and when it goes up.

  • Ways in which you can prevent burnout and live a life of fulfillment.

  • Self-care vs. self-sustenance.

  • The definite answer to burnout.

  • The impact of movement and exercise on your daily energy levels.

  • What’s self-sustenance and ten examples of how I incorporate self-sustenance in my life.

Prioritizing self-sustenance in your life will bring you joy. You’ll feel more energized, and ready to take on whatever challenge awaits you.
