Have you ever said....

"I just need to find the motivation."

"I quit because I wasn't motivated anymore."

"If I could just get my motivation back..."

Motivation is the big lie we tell ourselves. It's as if it's this magical superpower that everyone but us seems to have. But it's a total lie. You don't need more motivation to meet your goals-- and you certainly don't need it for sustainable weight loss.

Truth is, motivation wanes. And, when it does, you need to be comfortable with it. Stop wasting time to figure out how to find your motivation again. Instead, you need determination.

We do all sorts of things even though we don’t feel like it. We follow through, regardless of the thoughts and feelings that tell us not to.

I’m not giving you a pep talk. I don’t want you to suffer through it all. But, you need to understand that discomfort is necessary for achieving your goals.

That's why I want you to listen to today’s episode, where I'm talking about what you need MORE than motivation-- and just how to get it!

You’ll hear me share:

  • The number one thing you need more in your life than motivation.

  • The secret ingredient to success in achieving your goals.

  • The reasons why motivation is fleeting and why this is completely normal.

  • Learning to enjoy the process instead of being addicted to the goal.

When you find that motivation isn’t the end all be all you thought it was, you’ll see that you don’t need it to stick to your plans and accomplish your goals.

Life becomes easier when you’re not your own worst enemy. After a while, you’ll be kinder to yourself when you feel unmotivated to do the things you’ve set out to do. And you’ll do THEM anyway!
