If you’re anything like me, you’ve had moments when you hated some of your body parts. You tried hiding them with baggy clothes, because you felt ashamed of how they looked.
You even pretended those body parts didn’t exist. Sometimes you do this unconsciously, but most of the time you are aware that you are doing this and why. You think you look horrible, you’re even disgusted with yourself.
This is the opposite of what you should be doing, and it won’t help you accomplish your goals.
And this is not your fault. The weight loss industry has built an empire out of our own insecurities. We hide those insecurities through dieting products and clothing. And we need to reclaim our power back.
Truth is, you don’t need to hate your body to change it. Learning to be confident in your skin, and loving yourself, is the definite way of transforming how you look and feel.
And today I'm sharing with you the top three ways that will get you started in accepting your body. You’ll learn:
How spending time meditating on the function of your body can change your relationship to it.
The handful of benefits from walking, and getting some fresh air.
What lifting weights can do for your confidence, and how it can help you to appreciate your body more.
Stop avoiding your flaws, and stop hating them. Be mindful of them, even learn to cherish them. They are part of you, so learn to make them your strength, and not your weakness.
