Raise your hand if you’ve ever said “It tastes so good I can’t stop!” On today's episode I’m going to share with you 6 Steps to stop overeating foods, even when they “taste so good!” I’ve learned where the fine line is between true, real pleasure and overdoing it and how to identify that point of diminishing returns so that I can create the experience I want to have with food– which is pure pleasure, without self-sabotage or regret.

  1. Make a list of foods you tend to overdo it with.

  2. Go through the list one-by-one and visualize what you want your relationship with each one to look like

  3. Make a plan to implement that visualization

  4. Anticipate it being uncomfortable with feeling the emotions

  5. Replace the old habit with a new, more aligned habit

  6. Examine the root of the trigger for the habit and explore possible adjustments you can make there.
