Morning routines are super trendy and popular for a good reason– they have the potential to change the trajectory of your entire day, and thereby your entire life.

If you don’t have the life you crave (yet)-- if you’re feeling chronically dissatisfied with your health, career, marriage, whatever– it is most likely because you’re being unintentional with the minutes and the days that you have to create that for yourself.

I’m going to teach you how to build your own TLYC Morning Routine to organize your life by organizing your brain, which will become the blueprint for achieving and maintaining your goals in a way that feels like love.

The key to achieving and maintaining your goals is to organize your brain and therefore organize your day around those goals.

On today's episode I give you a framework to do just that.

Here’s how you can create your own TLYC morning routine.

  1. Decide what your goals are, what do you want the most for your life

  2. Ask yourself, what actions does someone who already does/have these things do? What are the habits that support those goals? What kind of mental or physical routines do I need to implement to achieve those goals? For most of us, hydration, meditation, movement, and mental flossing are the basics.

  3. Make the routine doable. Don’t overcommit. 5 minutes is all you need.

  4. Commit to the basic routine. No matter what. Either way, you’ve got a morning routine. You’re in control. You get to decide. Create the life you crave, love, unapologetically.
