We've all heard of stress eating, but have you ever made the connection between physical pain and the desire to eat?

As someone who has struggled with chronic pain since childhood (both back pain and severe menstrual cramps) I noticed the connection between my pain and my desire to self-soothe with food early on. Cramps? I feel like French fries, red wine, and chocolate will help... Neck strain? Salty popcorn sounds good right now...

It wasn't conscious, but once I became aware of it I could do something about it. After trying EVERYTHING from acupuncture to yoga to chiropractic to massage I finally found the solution in working with Tracy Rodriguez, Corrective Exercise Specialist and CEO of the Work Pain Free Program.

Working with Tracy opened my eyes to what the REAL problem was regarding my back pain and she taught me how to treat myself back to wellness. Working with her truly changed my life and I am so excited to share her with you all here on today's podcast.
